This week on Adventure Edge Radio, Jimmy talks to Marshall Ulrich, who just finished running across America.

We told you about Running America 08 back in September - Ulrich and fellow endurance athlete and adventurer Charlie Engle planned to run across America to raise awareness of childhood obesity and set a new record. Unfortunately, Engle was injured along the way and had to leave Ulrich to cover the remaining miles alone. But Ulrich finished strong on November 4th, just 52 and a half days after he started running in Seattle, WA.

Ulrich is no rookie when it comes to endurance events. He's completed over 116 ultra marathons, 12 expedition-length adventure races, including all nine Eco-Challenge adventure races (he's one of only three people in the world to do this), and he's reached each of the Seven Summits, including Mt.
