returns departmentWhat happens when a customer needs to return an item to Sierra Trading Post? We gladly refund their money or provide an exchange of course!

The returns process is a breeze thanks to the dedicated men and women who make up the STP Returns Department. They take care of everything so our customers don't have to worry about anything.

Returns DepartmentEveryone in the returns department works hard to make sure you get a refund or an exchange order as quickly as possible. Return turnaround times are fast at STP and these awesome employees don't waste any time.

Meet the Returns DeptBut it’s not all work and no play for this fun-loving department… they like to dress up for everything from Cheyenne Frontier Days to St. Patrick's Day.

And they’re off! As boxes are unpacked from the truck, they’re placed onto the first section of the conveyor belt and make their way to the box opening station.

Returns DeptPhoto #2 At the box opening station, the contents of each box are sorted and placed into bins by Box Openers; for example, shoes go in one bin, clothing goes in another, etc. As each bin is filled, the Box Openers move the full bins onto a new section of the conveyor belt that takes the bins across the room to the Processers.

Photo #3 From left to right, Lorrie Ward, Colton Hill, Diane Davis, Marcia Garber and Susan Foster put some “yee-haw!” into Cheyenne Frontier Days.

Photo #4 We just love Linda Bailey’s Saint Patrick’s Day hat; that’s definitely one way to stand out in a sea of green!
