It's the longest day of the year today for everyone living north of the equator - and the first day of summer!
If you live in England, you may have been partying at Stonehenge last night, where 20,000 people gathered to dance all night and watch the sun rise this morning. If you live stateside, you may just be quietly enjoying the fact that summer is officially here.
With 15+ hours of sunshine today, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy it after work. Now is also a great time to get geared up for summer adventures so you can make the most of this year's warm weather. Maybe you' want to take up cycling, climbing, swimming, hiking, kayaking, fly fishing or running this summer. Or maybe you have a few camping trips planned.
Whatever you're doing and however you spend the solstice and rest of the season, enjoy as much as possible of it outdoors!
