Lance Armstrong has been having some pretty bad luck lately. First, his bike was stolen in California. Then he suffered a broken collarbone. And now France's anti-doping agency, the AFLD, is accusing him of fudging a drug test by "not respecting the obligation to stay under direct and permanent observation" of a drug tester.
Armstrong talks about his recovery, training and this latest setback in a video on Livestrong.com.
"There is a very high likelihood they will prohibit me from riding on the Tour," the 37-year-old Texan says in the video.
